    1. Overview

    We strive to deliver quality washroom products. If you are dissatisfied, this policy explains your rights and return procedures.

    2. Defective or Damaged Products

    If products arrive defective or damaged:

    • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

    • Provide photos and a description of the issue

    • We will arrange one of the following:

      • Replacement

      • Repair

      • Refund

    We may request that you return the product for inspection.

    3. Incorrect Items Received

    If the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange collection at our cost and deliver the correct item.

    4. Unwanted Products / Change of Mind

    Accepted within 7 days, provided:

    • The product is unused

    • In original packaging

    • Resalable condition

    Return courier fees will be for the customer’s account.
    Refunds exclude the original shipping fee.

    5. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

    • Used or opened consumables

    • Installed dispensers

    • Custom-branded products

    • Clearance or sale items (depending on condition)

    6. Refund Processing

    Once the returned item is received and inspected:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

    • Refunds are made via the original payment method

    • EFT refunds require correct banking details

    7. Warranties

    Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
    Warranty does NOT cover:

    • Misuse

    • Incorrect installation

    • Wear and tear

    • Power surges

    • Unauthorised repairs
